RIGHT TO KNOW

I am requesting for my personal records the following incident reports and/or other documentation for Friday, September 23:
- At approximately 12:30 PM, Anthony Marion filed a false police report. Gregory M. Cugino responded to the corner of Gay and Church Streets.
- At approximately 1:30 PM, I filed two criminal complaints (attempted assault on September 21 and filing a false police report on September 23) against Anthony Marion with Gregory M. Cugino and Ryan Collins at the police station.
- At approximately 3:45 PM, Anthony Marion attacked and attempted to kill me at the corner of Gay and Church Street. At 3:49 PM, I called 911. Gregory M. Cugino responded to the call.
