Lt. William Morris Complaint

On June 24, 2016, I filed a complaint against Lt. William Morris for his gross mismanagement of the internal investigations and his potential collusion and conspiracy to commit crimes.

On May 26, I met with Lt. Morris about my criminal harassment complaint against borough resident Tony Waldman. Mr. Waldman had used the West Chester Police Department for illegal activities including “swatting”. Swatting is the act of deceiving an emergency service into dispatching an emergency response.

Lt. Morris assured me that:

  1. As part of the WCPD's internal investigation, Tony Waldman would be brought into his office, looked in the eye and questioned.
  2. An independent investigation into Tony Waldman's harassment would be conducted and another police officer would be contacting me in the near future.
Since May 26, I have been swatted by Tony Waldman and the West Chester Police Department on a multitude of occasions. To the best of my knowledge, Lt. Morris never interviewed Tony Waldman. I have yet to be contacted by a police officer regarding my harassment complaint against Tony Waldman.

Lt. Morris knowingly allowed Tony Waldman and West Chester Police officers to commit crimes against me and others.
