On April 7, 2011, I was issued two citations – P8808791.5 and B8068950-1.
It is my belief that the two officers involved in this incident have violated my Constitutional Rights under the law of the United States Of America. At this time, I am asking that you file criminal charges against said officers.
As the citations are illegible, I am requesting legible copies. In addition, I am requesting ALL documentation in your possession related to the alleged crimes committed by the officers. Documentation should include, but not be limited to, all reports, notes and especially audio and video recordings. Please send all materials to the address listed on the citations.
Since obstruction of justice is of paramount concern, your strict attention to this matter shall be greatly appreciated.
