I was interviewing the band 28 North outside of The Note on Market Street the night of April 22, 2011 when we noticed Police activity down the street:

So, I go back to The Note and video 28 North on stage. When I return, I find a West Chester Police Officer searching my vehicle. As soon as he sees me filming, he leaves the scene:
